This is the old Laindon Elim Pentecostal Church which I knew as a teenager. The entrance was from the High Road. The new building now opens onto Vowler Road.

My father, Morgan Jones, is on the right side of the picture. Next to the boy in front of him is my sister and the little fellow at the very front is my younger brother. I think this photograph must have been taken about 1961-62.
