When two of the most famous American evangelists came to visit Britain in 1859, England Cricketer C.T. Studd had no idea that their visit would have such an effect on his life

The two evangelists were Charles Finney and D. L. Moody. The meetings that Finney and Moody held drew huge crowds amongst whom was C. T. Studd.

Those meetings ultimately led him to faith in Jesus Christ and to his conversion. Studd went on to become a missionary - renowned for his pioneering work in China, India and Africa.
